I always really enjoy Katrin's Yoga and Pilates classes. I like that there is always a focus in her practice, be it on a certain set of asanas or a specific part of the body. This helps me focus as well. I also enjoy the "flow" from one position into the other, I like the way she connects and combines positions. After her classes, I always feel thoroughly strengthened and relaxed at the same time.

A few years ago my friends invited me to visit a yoga studio and take a course. It wasn't a particular one I wanted to visit, I chose it at random. I went there and saw this young woman laughing and wow what energy. Basically, I entered the class and was surprised. I expected the class to be silent, which means that everyone, including the teacher, will be very focused and serious. But Katrin was incredible. She laughed and joked and I couldn't hold back. I let out my laughter and felt so relieved that I could let everything out and relax and laugh when I wanted to. She also gives you a strange feeling of trust and her voice and energy always lead you through difficult times. It helps me to improve and change myself. It's a feeling of trust and security, and someone who can make you take the next step without even realizing it. Who better to show you the way than the person whose ego is not in your way?

I think the classes with Katrin are great and I am now more flexible and confident. I have made peace with me at certain points due to her empathetic nature and the pain in the knees/foot area has also improved a lot. Even if you are sometimes not perfect or the exercise is not so successful, you will never feel it and always has a nice word for you. With her humorous, loving nature, she motivates you and lets you get a little better every time. I am a huge fan of hers !!! I'm looking forward to the next classes with Katrin and the "sound of the ocean".
