Private Session

You are new to Yoga or Pilates or do you want to get back to basics and ask questions?

Or do you want to dive deeper and challenge yourself more?

No problem. In this private session I will show you the basic exercises and how to do them safely, and you will learn how to use your breath during the movements.

  Pain Coaching

Private Session

If you suffer from pain, then I recommend my pain coaching sessions.​

In this 60 min private sessionn I will help you to localize your pain

and get rid of them using the​

pain therapy method by

Liebscher & Bracht.

​I will guide you through deep stretches, fascia roll massages and I will show you the appropriate osteopressure points in your body that you can work on yourself to tame and relieve your pain.

Flow & Relax Yoga

Group Class

We will do some flows (sun salutations),

to warm up our body. We will use our deep breath to glide through the class like a meditation in motion. Then we get a little more relaxed with our flow and finally you can relax in Savasana.

You get time rest and to digest and store any energy released.
